Stations and stops opened by 14 transport schemes across Great Britain between 2014 and 2022. Switch schemes on and off, search, play the openings in order, draw distance circles, and download what you see.

A dataset I compiled of stations and stops that opened or changed in this period. Each point links to its sources; check a station against its source before relying on it.

Sources

Where the points come from

Each station names its own coordinate source and a route source you can open from its popup. Coordinates come from the TfL Unified API (London Night Tube), DfT NaPTAN records (most other schemes), and station coordinates I verified earlier (Elizabeth line).

Base map © OpenStreetMap contributors. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (NaPTAN). Powered by TfL Open Data. Placeholder licence wording to be confirmed by the author before the map is promoted.

The page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap's public tile server, which is intended for light use.
